Today’s test began at 3 PM where the first wagers were placed. Penn Live revealed earlier today that Penn National Gaming was planning to hold two “sports betting tests” on Thursday and Friday. Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course had the honors of booking Pennsylvania’s first ever legal sports wager this afternoon during a testing event.
